Three students.
24 hours.
First place.
atletik2.0 won the hackathon — and was selected as the official platform for Seychelles school athletics. Then we spent a week making it right.
The team
Who built this
Built from nothing in 24 hours. Won the hackathon. Spent a week perfecting it. Here's who did what.

Gabriel Suzette
SALSDeveloper
Gabriel coded atletik2.0 from the ground up — solo. Every feature you see, every result that loads, every page that works: that's him. Currently studying at SALS.
- Designed & built the entire platform
- Every screen, API, and database
- Front-end, back-end, deployment

Denis Hoareau
SALS '25QA & Product
Denis made sure the thing actually worked — finding what broke, pushing for what was missing, and keeping the product honest. SALS graduate, class of 2025.
- User flow testing & feedback
- Feature ideas & direction
- Quality assurance

Adrien Hoareau
SBSADesign & UX
Adrien defined how atletik2.0 looks and feels. The layout, the colours, the flow from one screen to the next — that's his eye. Currently at SBSA.
- Visual identity & design direction
- User experience & flows
- Concepts & creative input
How it started
Built in 24 hours.
Used for real.
Last year, AletikApp was the first attempt at bringing Seychelles school athletics online — and it proved the idea worked. We came back to do it properly.
atletik2.0 was built in 24 hours for a hackathon. We won — and the judges didn't just give us the prize, they selected it as the official platform. We spent the following week polishing every detail before it went live.
What it does
Everything in one place
Live results
Results go up the moment an event ends. The leaderboard updates on its own — no refreshing needed.
Full standings
Points calculated automatically from finishing positions. School rankings update in real time as events are completed.
Athlete profiles
Every athlete has their own page — personal bests, points earned, and a full competition history.
Past records
Records from previous years sit alongside current results. New records get flagged automatically when they're broken.
Competition admin
Events can be created, started, and ended on the spot. Results entered as they happen — no spreadsheets, no delays.
Fast & lightweight
Loads quickly on any connection. Built to stay out of the way and just work, even on a busy competition day.
Built with pride in Seychelles 🇸🇨
Built in 24 hours. Won a hackathon. Now the official platform.
